Walkthrough & Notes

The tub and wash bucket can be found at Beorninghús behind the building on the southern edge of the pond. [13.3N, 53.1W] [13.3N, 53.1W] To crush the grapes (after washing your feet!), climb into the tub and use the /dance emote. The half empty honey jar can be found on the porch of the main building at Beorninghús, right next to the back door. [13.3N, 53.3W] After adding the grapes to the jar, use the /shakefist emote.

Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue Gírta asked you to make jam from scratch: a difficult task, but one which the Beorning matriarch believes you can accomplish. Perhaps it would be best to begin by picking grapes in the orchard. Background For those visiting the Beorninghús, it is important to help in the daily work of Beornings. Objective 1 Collect grapes (0/8) The vineyard can be found west of the Beorninghús. You should gather some grapes for making jam. Collected grapes (8/8) Objective 2 Place the grapes into the tub at the Beorninghús The grape tub can be found at the Beorninghús. You should place the grapes that you have collected into the tub. Perhaps a good wash would do before the grapes are crushed Objective 3 Wash your feet in the wash bucket The wash bucket can be found at the Beorninghús. You should wash your feet before stomping on grapes. Now it is time to crush the grapes! Objective 4 Crush the grapes by doing a dance on them The grape tub can be found at the Beorninghús. You should stomp on the grapes. Now is the time to dance and crush the grapes You dance around. Your stamping feet crush the grapes most effectively Objective 5 Collect the crushed grapes from the tub The grape tub can be found at the Beorninghús. You should remove the crushed grapes from the tub. You have a batch of freshly-crushed grapes ready to be made into jam Objective 6 Add the crushed grapes to a half-empty honey jar A honey jar can be found at the Beorninghús. You should add the crushed grapes to the jar. The next step: give the honey jar a shake or two Objective 7 Give the jar a good shake You should shake the jar. You shake your fist in the air. Perfectly shaken! Objective 8 Bring the jam to Gírta Gírta can be found at the Beorninghús. You should bring the jam to Gírta. Gírta: 'This is a splendid jam. You have done well! It will spread well on crusty bread, or perhaps I will add it to a desert. There are always plenty of possibilities to be found for a tasty jam!'
